American Cormo Sheep |

Cormo sheep are duel purpose, mid-sized, easy to manage sheep with strong flocking and mothering instincts. They produce exquisite fine white wool much in demand by hand spinners. Their fleece has a fiber diameter from 17-24 microns, is bright white with a consistent well-defined crimp and a length from 3.5" to over 5" per year. |

Our flock of Purebred Cormo Sheep is registered with The American Cormo Sheep Association, (www.cormosheep.com) which was established in 1976 to support and promote the Cormo Sheep Breed and their breeders. |
The sheep we chose were required to have correct conformation, high to normal growth rate, normal to large frame for mid-size sheep, and even, well crimped fleeces. We have been very pleased with the results of our choices. Strong, healthy sheep with fine beautiful fleeces that are always in demand. They do well in a wide variety of climates from the east to west coasts in either the north or south making them an ideal choice for small farms as well as range conditions. |
